He provides general consultation, feasibility reports, design reviews, cost estimates,
rate studies, project monitoring and oversight, patent assistance and preparation
of business impact statements.

• Project Scheduling Department:
CSE interacts with the Scheduling Team about the project.
Scheduling Team prior stints are:
-Analyzing Timeline
-Project Scheduling
-Analysis of Client Requirement
Scheduling Team analyzes the project and configures the client requirement and set
a timeline to complete the project. Scheduling Team schedules the project in an
efficient manner and investigates the accomplishment of web with its planned objectives.
They have the keen responsibility of handling the Testing Department, Quality Assurance
Department and Project Management Team.
